Camp Out
18 Nov
Here I combined a mishmash of similar-hued garments, to form a look that made me feel like somewhat of a decked out park ranger. Always a sucker for neutral, earthy tones…I decided to go all out on this one! Something I have been doing a lot of lately is styling dresses as skirts — just throwing a fun blouse or sweater over the top. Adds an extra layer of warmth and endless possibilities!
*head to toe: Karen Walker sunglasses (ok, I know, it’s time for a new pair…), J.Crew jacket, vintage tee, Topshop textured dress, Wolford tights (best tights ever), Steve Madden booties

Thank you!! They are a couple years old, unfortunately. :(

I’ve never spent much money on nylon stockings as they always break anyway, but maybe that isn’t the case when you buy expensive ones?

I totally felt the same…but yes, these are thicker and great quality. Knock on wood but they haven’t ripped yet, and I ALWAYS snag my tights!

This is the perfect mix of casual and chic! I love the boyishness of the jacket and T, and the texture of the skirt is fabulous. The earthy color palette was a great choice!
